About the Event
Please join us to celebrate International Children's Day at the Howard County Public Library, Miller Branch, Avalon Room. We will have a balloon twist artist, face painting, and arts and crafts! We welcome children to participate in the art contest (painting, poetry, singing, playing instruments, etc). Please RSVP with a $10 donation per family.
